Hello Friends.
Today, we are celebrating these children, our SUPER-HEROES.
Each year we make a commitment to help raise money for Strivright the Auditory Oral School of NY. The school was starting by Pnina Braveman who is my hero. She started the school out of her basement when she learned her daughter was deaf. She is a true example of what a mother’s love can accomplish.

If you follow my posts, you will know how much this school means to my family. Sienna attended this school and it has allowed her to be the best version of herself. They taught her that nothing is impossible and everything is within her reach with hard work. They taught her confidence and independence.
We are forever grateful for their work and the guidance they offered my husband and I; every school should be this amazing. They embraced our family, taught us everything we needed to know and more. Any child who has hearing loss should have an opportunity to attend this amazing school. Strivright is a privately funded school that receives some money from the DOE and relies heavily on private donations to continue to provide services to all of its students. Students start there at around 3 months and can continue to receive services/education until the August before they start Kindergarten. StrivRight has been hit hard by Covid just like every other business.
No donation is too small. If you are looking for a great place to support, we share this link with you. Thank you to anyone who donates.
