Each home inspection that we conduct will usually take on the average about two hours, and a complete report of the findings will be created and emailed out to our clients within 24 hours. Your customer Inspection Portal will allow you access, to view and share your report. Our clients are encouraged to attend and ask questions during the inspection, and we take the time to educate you on the proper operation and maintenance of the home as well as honestly assessing the home condition. The report comes with color photos and videos of any areas that could cause concern.
